Deutsch: Susanne Baer: "In Deutschland, aber auch in vielen anderen Ländern, geschieht derzeit etwas, das man als populistischen Versuch einer feindlichen Übernahme der Verfassung bezeichnen kann. Das heißt: Man behauptet, dass man hinter der Verfassung stehe, dass man der einzige wahre Hüter der Verfassung sei, dass man der einzige sei, der den Willen des Volkes vertritt. Aber gleichzeitig wird alles getan, um den Rechtsstaat als liberalen, toleranten, weltoffenen Rechtsstaat zu untergraben und insbesondere Verfassungsgerichte, die wirklich unabhängig urteilen, zu demontieren, zu verunglimpfen und sogar abzuschaffen, wie es in Ungarn und Polen geschieht. Das ist ein ganz gefährlicher Versuch, weil er geschickt gemacht ist. Einerseits sind sie oberflächlich gesehen pro Verfassung, pro Grundgesetz, aber in Wirklichkeit sind sie gegen die Verfassung, sie untergraben und verunglimpfen sie sozusagen subversiv. Und wir müssen sehr vorsichtig sein, um nicht darauf hereinzufallen."
English: Susanne Baer: "Something is happening in Germany right now, as it is in many other countries as well, that can be described as a populist attempt at a hostile takeover of the constitution. That is: People claim that they stand behind the constitution, that they are only true guardians of the constitution, that they are the only ones who represent the will of the people. But at the same time everything is done to undermine the constitutional state as a liberal, tolerant, open-minded constitutional state, and in particular to dismantle and vilify constitutional courts, that really judge independently, and even to abolith them, as is done in Hungary and Poland. It's quite a dangerous attempt, because it's cleverly done. On the one hand, they're superficially pro-constitution, pro-basic law, but actually they're against the constitution, so to speak subversiverly undermining and vilifying it. And we have to be very careful not to fall for this."

Deutsch: Susanne Baer beschreibt mit dem, was sie anderen vorwirft, sehr exakt ihrer Tätigkeit als frühere Bundesverfassungsrichterin. Sie wurde auf undemokratischem Wegen im Bundesverfassungsgericht installiert, um das deutsche Grundgesetz zu untergraben und auf feministisch und grün zu bügeln. Vor ihrer Tätigkeit im Bundesverfassungsgericht hatte sie schon als Pseudoprofessorin die Regierungsinstitutionen auf "Gender" gebügelt. Susanne Baer ist ein prominentes Beispiel dafür, dass das Bundesverfassungsgericht nicht (mehr) unabhängig urteilt. Sie ist auf Betreiben der Grünen ins Bundesverfassungsgericht gelangt, nachdem sie die Regierungsinstitutionen nach dem Doktrinen des Genderismus "erfolgreich" gleichgeschaltet hatte. Was sie also Ungarn und Polen vorwirft, hat Baer höchstselbst in Deutschland praktiziert. Sie hat nach Kräften daran mitgewirkt, in Deutschland den liberalen, toleranten, weltoffenen Rechtsstaat zu demontieren und ihn in einen feministischen, genderistischen, migrantischen, links-grün totalitären Rechtsstaat umzuwandeln.
English: Susanne Baer's accusations are very accurate descriptions of her work as a former Federal Constitutional Court judge. She was installed in the Federal Constitutional Court by undemocratic means in order to undermine the German Basic Law and iron it out to be feminist and green. Before her work in the Federal Constitutional Court, she had already ironed government institutions to "gender" as a pseudo-professor. Susanne Baer is a prominent example of the fact that the Federal Constitutional Court does not (any longer) judge independently. She got into the Federal Constitutional Court at the instigation of the Greens, after she had "successfully" equalised government institutions according to the doctrines of genderism. What she accuses Hungary and Poland of, Baer herself has practised in Germany. She has done her utmost to dismantle the liberal, tolerant, cosmopolitan constitutional state in Germany and to transform it into a feminist, genderist, migrant, left-green totalitarian constitutional state.
