Deutsch: Wenn Regierung oder Staatsmedien etwas als "gefährlich" bezeichnen, meinen sie nicht die Gefahr für die Bevölkerung. Gemeint ist vielmehr die Gefahr für die Regierung selbst! (Es ist also ein Kampf um die Deutungshoheit.)
English: When government/media says that something is "dangerous", they are not taking about something that is a danger to the people. What they mean is, that it is dangerous to the government!! (It's a battle for narrative control.)
